What Is the Segulah?

“Take 91 coins and then add another thirteen until there are twice ׳ben׳
and give the money to a talmid chacham who is both poor and humble. This is a tikkun for [the sin of] Adam Harishon and the chet ha׳egel and p׳gam habris.
And this is also a segulah for those waiting for children
it brings the Geulah closer.״
(Hagaon Harav Chaim Palagi zy״a, in his sefer Mo׳ed Lechol Chai, siman 8 se׳if 6)
